Services for mental health and wellbeing can be found at Mitcham and Tooting Health. Other local services can also be found.

The services offered are either in house services or services to be signposted to.

  • Mental Health Practitioner

    • If you are; Not feeling well mentally, having Low moods, having Panic attacks, are Anxious, have Mild psychosis (having Delusional beliefs, addiction connected with psychosis, or having rituals connected with psychosis)

    • Available every Tuesday at Mitcham and Tooting Health

  • Health & Wellbeing Coach

    • Available every Monday and Wednesday at Mitcham and Tooting Health

    • Merton Uplift is a free integrated Primary Care Mental Health service accessible to anyone living in the borough of Merton or registered with a Merton GP who are 18 years and over. They support anyone who has a mental health or wellbeing need.
